- All items purchased through Pest Tools will be shipped USPS Priority Mail within 2-3 business days of receiving confirmation of your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that a customers product will be delivered in a timely manner. All orders over $50 receive free shipping. Most products are shipped within 24-48 hours. Overnight and Priority shipments normally are shipped next day if received by 4:30 PM EST, M-F. Certain products we may ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse, in which case in can take several days to go out. If we are unable to ship Overnight or Priority, we will inform you and refund the extra shipping charges. We will do our best to contact you if your order isn't expected to go out promptly. We predominately use USPS Mail and UPS for our shipments. If your billing address is a PO Box, please leave us a street address as well in case we are shipping by UPS or other carrier. International shipments are usually sent by US International First Class or Priority Mail. If you are an international customer and want a tracking number, please choose to ship by Priority shipping.

- We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will never sell, rent, or share this information with anyone, except by legal order or as below.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will never share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

- Returns & Replacements
- Returns will be accepted on select items within (7) days of receiving the order. Refunds will be for the purchase price only not shipping charges. Due to the nature of the Evictor Products, Inc. brand Squirrel Evictor & Rat Repeller strobe lights returns will only be accepted if the product is unopened or in like new condition as determined by Pest Tools. Please contact Pest Tools customer service to receive an RMA number before sending any items. If Evictor Products Inc. strobe lights are defective for any reason they must be returned to the Manufacturer after the (7) day grace period under the terms of the product's warranty.

- Security
- We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever you enter sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for the 'blue bar' in your browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of any secure web page address. We do not store your credit card information. When you enter it, it goes straight to the credit card processor, and we never see it or have a copy of it. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
